The following links will take you to pages that contain solutions to some common PC problems. These procedures have been developed by me over the years and have been tried and tested many times. They all work. I will not; however, be responsible for any errors or damages that might result from using these procedures. You do so at your own risk, not mine.
There are many things that can go wrong with a complicated computer system. A slight miscaculation can result in total loss of data. Touching a component without properly discharging the static elecricity from you body can be disasterous. Unplugging a component or plugging-in a component while the power is applied will destroy things. Attaching a drive to the wrong connector can destroy not only the drive, but also the motherboard. Attaching a component NOT designed for your particular system can result in severe damage. The bottom line and best advice I can give is this, If you don't know what you are doing, don't do it! Hire a professional and pay him/her, you will save money in the long run.
If you don't know exactly what a wire, component or file does.....leave it alone! The most dangerous key on the computer is DELETE, followed by the symbol "*.*" Last is the word, "yes!" If you don't believe me, then go to your main hard drive and highlight all the files on it. Then click on the DELETE icon and answer YES to the following prompt! Congratulations, you have just destroyed your computer and everything on it!
